Public Relations, content creation, & Brand Management

As a PR Assistant, I elevated brand presence with innovative video and Instagram content. Expertise includes event management, influencer recruitment, and maintaining streamlined communications for impactful results.

1. Youtube Campaigns

Led dynamic YouTube campaigns: Kash Kart & Looking Back with USF Housing. I assisted in the writing of the script, student recruitment and served as the face of the campaign. The initiative aimed to engage and resonate with our audience while shedding light on the unique perspectives surrounding On-Campus living, fostering a genuine connection with the student community.

2. IG Content Creation

ORGANIC FEED CAMPAIGN

Led the creation of engaging content by planning, recording, and editing 2-3 short-form videos and 3+ Instagram posts weekly, resulting in a remarkable 15% increase in likes within the initial four weeks. Additionally, orchestrated productive brainstorming sessions with the PR team to generate 6-10 creative and engaging social media content ideas each week.

Interactive Reels: On Campus Life

Developed interactive IG Reels to spotlight the lively on-campus experience. The outcome was impressive, with heightened viewer engagement and increased interaction. These reels effectively captured the essence of campus life, creating a genuine connection with the audience.

Influencer campaigns: residential assistant recruitment

Executed a strategic RA recruitment campaign by enlisting 5+ influencers from the Residential Guides and Assistants program. The campaign aimed to generate User-Generated Content (UGC) to actively promote the 'Become an RA' initiative. Notable metrics include increased engagement, amplified brand visibility, and a surge in applications, marking the success of this influencer-driven recruitment strategy.

4. Event Management and Coordination

Successfully executed quarterly admission events for 1000+ students as well as media events like marketing photoshoots, campus tours, information tables, and open houses, each accommodating 30 to 50 attendees per semester.

BULL HAUL
  • Hosted a training session with 10-15 students who served as Bull Haul leaders, overseeing volunteers and helping incoming students.

  • Created 2-3 weekly IG posts to advertise the event.

  • Served as a point of support/communication between Bull Haul Leaders and Senior Executives during the event.

USF's Grand Opening Move-In Day invites volunteers to assist fellow students in the move-in process, fostering community and Bull pride.
