Social Media Strategy & Brand Management
As a marketing intern, I curated a strategic Instagram guide, defining the feed's visual identity. Using innovative approaches, I heightened the brand's presence for a cohesive and compelling representation on the platform.
1. Instagram Guide
I designed and implemented an Instagram guide for the Undergraduate Studies Office, cultivating a unified brand identity. This initiative not only elevated brand awareness but also enhanced the visual appeal of the feed. Beyond aesthetics, the guide serves as a valuable resource, providing content creation ideas and establishing a clear framework for future teams.
Moreover, the project introduced a streamlined timeline for efficient creative authorizations and advocated for the organized storage of creative assets in a dedicated media library, ensuring a seamless and effective content creation process.
2. Social Campaigns
RESOURCEBULL
A targeted social media campaign crafted for incoming USF students. The campaign focused on simplifying the university transition by shedding light on academic support, campus facilities, and other valuable services.
DEPARTMENT SPOTLIGHT
This campaign aimed to highlight the hidden gems within the university. Through engaging content and targeted promotion, Department Spotlight successfully increased visibility for the Writing Studio and similar departments. Metrics revealed a notable uptick in student engagement, with a 40% increase in inquiries and utilization of the Writing Studio's services.

The stories aimed to increase student engagement and brand awareness. Utilizing quizzes, polls, and Q&As , the initiative resulted in a significant increase in online participation with approximately 10+ students responding to individual stories.

3. Monthly Newsletter
This initiative was designed to showcase current news and highlight the exceptional achievements of undergraduate students. The results were impactful, with increased readership and engagement. Metrics revealed a 10% rise in newsletter opens, with 15+ students reading the article a month. By consistently spotlighting outstanding student accomplishments, the newsletter effectively contributed to building a culture of recognition and excellence within the academic community.
